Recruitment Consultant
We want to be the best marketing recruitment consultancy in the UK. To get there, we need to grow our business nationally from the two offices we currently have; to do that we need good people on board. BMS Marketing is the fastest growing business in the BMS group – so it’s an exciting time to join us.
We haven’t built our business using the old-fashioned, hard-nosed sales focused approach, we have adapted to the market-place. We concentrate on offering an exceptional service: building an understanding of the industry, listening to what clients and candidates actually want and fostering long-term relationships.
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to manage existing accounts, develop new business, and source and interview candidates. We work in a democratic and entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are welcome, so this role will suit someone with initiative and business acumen.

Basic Salary - £22,000 - £28,000
Car/Car Allowance – Depending on experience
