Your thoughts on BMS

"The company is very personal and individuals are well trained, mentored and developed. The senior management is very approachable and down to earth so if you have any issues they really are taken on board and dealt with. The office atmosphere is very much 'work hard, play hard', and I have enjoyed the social scene immensely. The long day takes some getting used to but there are often incentives for early finishes or small rewards. People are definitely well looked after here!"
