Contingency recruitment
Contingency recruitment, put simply, means that BMS will search through our extensive database of sales professionals to find the right candidate for you. Our pro-active approach to sourcing candidates means we have access to an impressive number of ‘actively-looking’ salespeople. Rather than waiting for the best candidates to come to us, we have a dedicated team who source those candidates with the skills most desired by our clients, telephone screen them and book them in for a full formal interview where they are assessed by an experienced consultant.
Contingency recruitment is a time efficient way of recruiting. Each project varies, but usually contains some of or all of the following stages:
• A detailed job specification is be taken by one of our team. It is imperative that we gather all relevant information so that we can be sure that we’re looking for the right kind of candidates for you. The process can take up to 45 minutes, but it’s time well spent – thoroughness at this point means success later on
• We conduct a detailed search of our extensive database
• Applicants who fit the bill are pre-qualified to ascertain their interest in and suitability for the role
• First interviews are arranged
• We follow up the interviews, gathering feedback from both you and the
applicant
• We arrange second interviews
• Offer, acceptance, resignation, counter offer. Throughout this delicate process BMS remain close to the candidate offering advice and alleviating any concerns
• Successful placement!
We don’t forget about you at this point, though. We recognize the importance of ‘after-care’ – so we’ll do what we can to make sure that you and your new recruit are happy.
