Alexandra French is an Account Manager at Johnson Matthey. "I think one of the most significant things that happened to me during my time at University, and leading up into my career, was the fact that I got a 2:2 at University. And I was, at the time, devastated, I thought my world was over. But looking back now, it was actually one of the best things that happened to me. I then decided I didn't want to do a PhD any more, and I didn't want to stay at University. Hence I moved straight into a job, and I'm really pleased with that decision. So it was a really good thing that happened in the end."
